About Me

I am so happy to be returning for my thirteenth year here at Cure of Ars and its wonderful school family. I grew up in Raytown, Missouri and attended catholic school for both my grade school and high school education. This will be my  eighteenth year in education. I am a graduate of Rockhurst University where I received my degree in education. I taught second grade for my first five years in the Diocese of Kansas City St. Joseph in Missouri and the past twelve years teaching here at Cure of Ars. I have two beautiful daughters, Savannah in 4th Grade here at Cure, and my three year old, Blair who completed our family in July of 2016.  We are big Sporting KC fans in our house and it is always possible to find a little soccer in the room no matter the theme.  It is such a blessing to be surrounded by such a faith filled family of parents and parishioners here at school.  Cure of Ars is truly my second home and I wouldn't have it any other way.
